HURON — Tiger Stadium will be closed until further notice on Monday as crews begin to put down te rubber surface to line the new track.
A junior varsity football game slated for Monday against Watertown, an eighth-grade football game against Yankton on Tuesday and a freshman game against Brookings on Thursday will be moved to the varsity practice field to the east of Tiger Stadium. Fans are asked to bring lawn chairs since there are now bleachess and are asked to sit on the north side of the field along the tree line.
There will be no admission, concessions or restrooms for the games.
Games the following week could also be moved to the practice field.
