HURON — The Huron boys’ tennis team pushed Aberdeen Central and Mitchell at various stages during a triangular on Thursday at Huron Courts, but managed just one win in the two matches.
Aberdeen Central inked an 8-1 victory against the Tigers, while Mitchell won 9-0.
Ler Hai Moo had the lone victory for Huron with a 10-4 decision against Eric Tennant of Aberdeen Central in No. 5 singles.
Matthew Thin nearly came up with a victory for the Tigers against Mitchell, pushing his NO. 1 singles match to a tiebreaker.
Next up for Huron is a triangular against Milbank and Aberdeen Roncalli on Tuesday at Huron Courts.
