HURON — James Valley Christians scored four times in the second half to secure a 4-0 win against Groton Area on Tuesday.
Gavin Waldner had all four goals for the Vikings and they all came in a span of 14 minutes.
Recording assists for JVC were Jackson Peck, Noah Fast and Carson Dorris.
The Vikings had a 17-12 shots-on-goal advantage. Jonah Niederbaumer had five saves en route to his first career shutout for JVC.
The Vikings, who improved to 2-3, will host Vermillion on Saturday.
