The second “I Made a Difference” award was presented to Tina Arnott and Jeremy Mitts, 635 Seventh St. S.W. The outside of their home looks amazing. They have put a lot of work into it. They have updated the handrails, added a new shed to match the house, landscaped around the house and put up a new fence. They planted grape vines and an apple tree and put up security cameras. They have really brightened the neighborhood.
The couple received a U.S. flag from the VFW and Auxiliary Post 1776, gift certificates from Lewis Drug, Dakota Provisions and East River Nursery, and a gift from Runnings. To nominate someone, call or text Denise Matson at 605-353-4301 or email noelmatson@hur.midco.net.
