Wessington Springs 60, Sanborn Central/Woonsocket 34
FORESTBURG — The Wessington Springs Spartans built up a 12-point halftime lead and coasted to a victory in the season finale against the Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Blackhawks by a 60-34 score Friday night in Forestburg.
The Spartans finish the year at 16-4 behind 16 points and 10 rebounds from Jacob Messmer. Cooper Hainy added 13 points.
Tryce Slykhuis led Sanborn Central/Woonsocket (7-12) with 12 points. Brady Larson led the Blackhawks with four rebounds.
The Blackhawks host Mitchell Christian Monday night in Region 4B action. Wessington Springs will host a Region 3B game Tuesday night.

Northwestern 67, Hitchcock-Tulare 49
TULARE — The Northwestern Wildcats closed out the season with a road victory over the Hitchcock-Tulare Patriots in Tulare Friday night, 67-49.
Quintin Fischbach was dialed in from deep, nailing eight three-point baskets to score a game-high 24 points, leading Northwestern to an 8-9 record. Chase Neiber added 17 points.
The Patriots close the regular season at 4-14. TJ Salmen led Hitchcock-Tulare with 12 points.
The Patriots travel to Lake Preston Monday to open Region 3B action.

ARLINGTON — Clark/Willow Lake closed the regular season with a 51-44 victory against Arlington on Friday.
Trey Huber had 13 points to lead three players in double figures for Clark/Willow Lake. Renner Uecker and Kalab Marx added 11 points each.
Marx also had 14 rebounds to help the Cyclones to a 56-25 advantage on the boards. Marx tallied three assists, while Huber had a pair of steals.
Ryker Erstad had 17 points and three steals to lead Arlington. Chris Wallace added 11 points and had seven rebounds, while Mason Bunker had three assists.
Clark/Willow Lake will host Hamlin in the opening round of the Region 2A Tournament on Tuesday in Clark.
