Sully Buttes 3, SBA 0
MILLER — The Sully Buttes Chargers downed the Sunshine Bible Academy Crusaders 3-0 Thursday night in non-conference volleyball action. Set scores for the Chargers, now 11-4, were 25-11, 25-17 and 25-14. SBA falls to 3-6 with the loss.
Lauren Wittler had eight kills and 14 digs to lead the Chargers. Rachel Guthmiller had four kills and four aces, while Angela Guthmiller had six aces and six assists in the match.
The Crusaders were led by Lindsey Wilken’s six kills, while Shariah Brockel added four. Susan Wilken had five assists and led SBA with 13 digs.
The two teams will meet again on Saturday, at the Mobridge Invitational Tournament.
