PARKSTON — With a pair of individual champions, Miller/Highmore-Harrold finished second at the Little B Tournament on Saturday in Parkston.
The Bandits amassed 173.5 points, but it wasn’t quite enough to keep pace with McCook Central/Montrose, which won the 15-team event, with 226.
Parkson was third at 170.5, followed by Central Lyon/George-Little Rock (Iowa) at 150.5 and Wessington Springs/Woonsocket/Wolsey-Wessington at 147.
Clark/Willow Lake was eighth at 87, while Sanborn Central was 14th at 11.
Talon Ping at 113 pounds and Kellan Hurd at 126 won championships for Miller/Highmore-Harrold.
Cooper Pommer of Clark/Willow Lake was the champion at 106 and Keegan Haider of Wessington Springs/Woonsocket/Wolsey-Wessington won the title at 182.
