DE SMET — Favorite Broadway hits through history will be showcased during the De Smet Community Theater’s production of “Broadway for the Ages.”
The show, directed by Jenni Karlen of De Smet, will be presented at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights, and Sunday, July 23, at 2 p.m. at the De Smet Event and Wellness Center.
A cast of 13 will perform hits from Broadway musicals through the years, from one of the earliest hits, “Show Boat” from 1926, to “Spamalot,” from Monty Python’s Holy Grail.
Kristy Hubbard will be narrator, sharing tidbits about the various Broadway hits that will be presented.
