Both sides of Dakota Avenue, from Market Street south to 21st Street, were lined with people Friday night, for the annual Parade of Lights.
Whether it was to see Santa Claus light up the 3rd and Dakota Angel Light fixture, or simply to see the plethora of inspiring light displays from all the entries, the crowds enjoyed the pleasant weather.
