HURON — A pair of fall sports for the Huron Tigers will have new head coaches, when the 2018 season rolls around.
Leah Branaugh will be taking over the boys’ soccer team, while Rachel Kary will replace Branaugh as the head girls’ tennis coach.
After serving as the assistant girls’ soccer coach for three seasons, Branaugh made the switch to become the head coach for the girls’ tennis team last season.
“I have been coaching boys’ soccer through the Huron Soccer Association for the past five years and have coached some of these players already,” Branaugh said of making the move back to coaching soccer. “I have taught many of them in my ESL math class when they were in middle school.”
