Pictured it the opening ceremony pf the Special Olympics State Equestrian Monday at the S.D. State Fairgrounds. Next, Cassandra Koel (at left) leads a horse carrying Bobbie Muilenburg. Centered behind them is Bill Fisher, owner of HOPE Therapeutic Ridinc Center in Huron. And next, Hannah Moeding leads a horse ridden by Shane Slepikas. The Special Olympics State Equestrian continues today and spectators are welcome. A Kiwanis pancake breakfast begins at 7 a.m.
