“Rumors,” the hilarious comedy by Neil Simon, will be presented by QuarterTon Production in De Smet at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, and repeated Oct. 20 and 21 at 7 p.m. and Oct. 22 at 2 p.m., all at the De Smet Event Center. The play is about upper class couples celebrating their friends’ aniversary, but as guests arrive they realize the wife is missing and the husband has a gunshot wound to the earlobe.
