HURON — Incumbents David Wheeler and Tim Van Berkum were overwhelmingly re-elected to seats on the Huron School Board in an election held Tuesday.
A total of 940 ballots - or 6 percent of eligible voters according to Huron School District Business Manager Kelly Christopherson.
Wheeler garnered 432 votes, or 46 percent, while Van Berkum had 377 votes, or 40 percent of the ballots cast.
