Betty L. Bell, 90, of rural Carpenter

CARPENTER — Betty L. Bell, 90, of rural Carpenter, and formerly of Doland, passed away Thursday January 2, 2020, after a lingering illness.


Private family services will be held later September of 2020. Burial will be in the Doland Cemetery at Doland.


Betty was born November 30, 1929, at Denver, Colo., to Robert L. and Myrtle M. (Benefiel) Terry. 
She married Gene C. Bell February 12, 1955. 


Survivors include her children, Brian (Mary Ann Fricks) Bell, Stuart (Traci) Bll, and Marcie (Richard) Glanzer; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sibling, Florence Sheldon; and in-laws, Larry (Mary) Bell, Anna Lou (Jerome) Miles, and Jesse Petersen.


Preceding her in death were her parents, Myrtle and Fred Petersen; biological father, Robert Terry; a sister, Shirley Van Hecke; and a brother, Don Petersen.
