While work continued with the cleaning up of the new, partially constructed city solid waste transfer station, damaged last month in a wind storm, a separate project across the road, saw a team headed by Olson Construction of Huron, brought down the refrigeration unit, the only remaining evidence of the packing plant that was once there.
