To the Editor:
I have always like looking at the sky and seeing rockets go by, or going on an airplane and being so high up I am able to see everything below.
I think that’s why I like 4-H Rocketry so much. National 4H Week is Oct. 1-7.
I’ve learned how a rocket works. I have learned the different parts of a rocket. It really helps me learn.
Rocketry is a fun way to test a rocket that you build on your own or from a kit. I have made them from kits, and even from recycled bottles. You can even make them from scratch. I like that it isn’t dangerous. It gives you a chance to test your model.
Rocketry is the best outdoor project and will make you want to do more of it. And you’ll never want to be indoors again. If you like building, launching rockets is pretty much the best.
