The Paul & Carol Hohm Fund, established in 2008 with the South Dakota Community Foundation, made its annual distribution of nearly $38,000 to 10 community non-profit organizations.
In the twelve-year history of the Paul & Carol Hohm Fund, nearly $260 million has been distributed to named local non-profit organizations.
The Paul & Carol Hohm Fund was established in partnership with the South Dakota Community Foundation, a public non-profit organization established in 1987.
The S.D. Community Foundation distributed nearly $18 million in grants in 2019 to South Dakota non-profits. With careful investment by the SDCF, the Paul & Carol Hohm Fund will continue to grow and enhance the quality of life in the local Huron area forever. These organizations will receive an annual gift in perpetuity from the fund said Marilyn Hohm Hoyt and Dr. Robert Hohm of Huron, children of Dr. Paul and Carol Hohm.
