HURON — Jennifer Martin, 23, of Huron, passed away Friday, August 24, 2018, at the Huron Regional Medical Center.
Her Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m., Friday, August 31, at the Kuhler Funeral Home. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service, Friday at the Kuhler Funeral Home, with family present.
Jennifer Juliane Martin was born February 9, 1995, at Huron to Roger Lee and Sally Ann (Renner) Martin. She graduated from Huron High School in 2014.
She enjoyed playing video games and watching television, especially the Veggie Tales. She had a passion for music. She loved singing in choir and was thrilled to perform in holiday and pops concerts. In 2010, she was a Make-A-Wish recipient.
She is survived by her parents, Sally (Ryan) Doyle, and Roger Martin both of Huron; maternal grandmother, Sandra (Kirk Hornshuh) Renner of Pierre; paternal grandmother, Victoria “Vickie” Williams of Mitchell; brothers, Ben Renner, Jeremy (MacKenzie Stulken) Morgan, and Brandon Martin all of Huron; sister Darrien Martin of Huron; four uncles; two aunts; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Gary Renner; and paternal grandfather, Louie Martin.
Jennifer’s last few hours of life were given as a live organ donor so others may continue to live.
