HIGHMORE — Allen Gibson, 65, of Highmore, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021, after a long illness with cancer.
Memorial Service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Highmore, with Rev. Sara C. Feld officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Lunch and fellowship will follow at Highmore Senior Center following the service.
Allen Roy Gibson was born in Miller December 31, 1955, to Lucille (Westover) and Bryan Gibson.
He is survived by his wife, DeVandolyn (De) Gibson; daughter, Angel (Mark) Hoover; son, Chester (Michelle) Gibson; three grandchildren; two sisters, Anna Mae (Paul) Ryan and Sharon Kay (Dick) Wilson; brother-in-law, Arlen (Mary) Schamber; and sister-in-law, Sharleen (Lynn) Harnisch.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Carl Leroy, Merlin, Alvin and Gary; and nieces, Cheryl Gibson and Susan Bennett.
