CASA GRANDE, Ariz. — Former Windom Police Chief, Elton Wagner of Casa Grande, Arizona, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020.
Elton was born October 1934, in Wolsey to David and Emma Wagner.
In 1959, he met and married his first wife, Lillian.
On November 27, 2014, Elton married Elaine Kenyon.
Elton is survived by his loving wife, Elaine; son, Bart (Lucinda) of Casa Grande Ariz.; and daughter, Valeria (William) of Citrus Hills, Fla.; and granddaughters, Jordyn and Emma.
Elton was preceded in death by his parents, David and Emma; his brother, Clarence; his sister, Melinda; as well as his first wife, Lillian.
Elton chose to be cremated and his ashes will be interred at The Arizona Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery at Marana on a later date.
A small family graveside service will be performed at his request.
