MITCHELL — Gladys Noack, 85, of Mitchell, formerly of Artesian, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at Avera Brady Health and Rehab.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Mitchell. Burial will be in Rest- lawn Memory Gardens at Huron. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Bittner Funeral Chapel in Mitchell.
Gladys Marie Noack was born March 26, 1933 in Carthage to Robert Kludt Sr. and Elsie (Zeeck) Kludt. She attended country school in rural Alpena. She was united in marriage to Siegfried Noack May 24, 1957. They began their 61 years of marriage on a farm near Artesian. She was a loving wife, homemaker, and her hard work contributed to the success of the farm.
She is survived by her husband, Siegfried; children, Wayne (Darcy) Noack of Miller, Cindy (Terry) Torgerson of Mitchell,
Keith (Janice) Noack of Vacaville, Calif., and Janet (Kurt) Dickson of Cavour; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Queenda (Robert) Kludt, Marilyn (Marvin) Kludt, and Ruth (Noack) Lemon; and other family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Robert Jr., Elmer, Calvin, Marvin and Max (Doc) Kludt; and sisters, Hazel Johnson and Laura Jones.
