EAGAN, Minn. — Michael James Flynn, of Eagan, Minn., passed away Tueday, September 29, 2020.

Mass of Christian burial was held in Eagan, Minn.

Mike graduated from Huron High School in 1970. He was active in football, basketball and golf. He attended South Dakota State University, earning a degree in Economics. Upon graduation, he moved to the Twin Cities and started his first job as an assistant manager with Woolworths. He then spent over 30 years with Proctor and Gamble and retired as a regional director in 2007.

Mike’s passion was golfing. He golfed at numerous golf courses through out the United States. Another highlight was being able to golf many courses in Ireland.  

Memorial contributions may be made for  “The First Tee”, a youth development organization introducing the game of golf to youth.

 He is survived by his children, Melissa and Christopher Flynn.  

He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra; and parents, James and Donna (Deetz) Flynn.
