ANDOVER, Minn., — Nina Effie Bailey, 94, of Andover, Minn., and formerly of Huron, passed away on Tuesday, June 09, 2020, at Arbor Oaks Assisted Living under hospice care.
A private family service will be held on Wednesday at the Welter Funeral Home, with burial at the Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery in Huron.
Nina Effie Taylor, the daughter of Harold and Nina (Voelker) Taylor, was born on August 16, 1925, in Tripp County.
She married Clifford Bailey on Aug. 29, 1948, at the Witten First Baptist Church in Witten.
She is survived by four sons, Everett (Grace) Bailey, Mark (Lisa) Bailey, Dan (Diane) Bailey, and Rex (Caryl) Bailey; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Taylor; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers; and three sisters.
