SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. — Scott Winter, 55, passed away March 31, 2021, at his home.
Services will be held Saturday, April 17, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Carpenter Center in Terrytown, Neb.
Scott Allen Winter was born on July 16, 1965.
Scott married Tammy Anderson on November, 22, 1985.
He was united in a civil union to Rick Shelby on September 1, 2013, in Clarksville, Tenn. They were later married on November 1, 2016.
He is survived by his husband, Rick Shelby; mother, Darles Gilbert; two sisters, Rhonda (Mike) Manning and MaryAnn Winter; two daughters, Hillary (Marcus) Robinson and Hope Winter; four grandchildren, Drake Winter, Lauryn Robinson, Lexi Robinson, and Liv Robinson; life-long friend, Darbi Spain of Tenn.; as well as his beloved cat, Sophia.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
