OMAHA, Neb. — At 96 1/2 years of age, Lonabelle Hein passed away peacefully at Brookestone Village in Omaha, Neb., after moving there a few months ago.

In her free time, she enjoyed reading, embroidery, crocheting, camping and fishing, and spending time with her family.

She was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Wolsey. She was active in ladies aid and taught Sunday School for 10 years. After moving to Huron, she joined Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church as a member for many years.

She is survived by her son, Ronald (Bonnie) Hein of Spicer, Minn.; daughter, Charleen (Kim) Hanson of Lake Poinsett; grandchildren, Jeremy (Jennifer) Hein of Inver Grove Heights, Minn., Joshua (Hollie) Hein of Ely, Minn., Andrea (Chad) Pierce of Omaha, Neb., and Kristin (Chad) Weber of Omaha, Neb.; great-grandchildren, Justin (Larisa) Hein, Jordan Hein, Jenna Hein, Rebecca Hein, Riley Dingman, Ava Weber, Grafton Weber, Sullivan Pierce, and Piper Pierce; sisters, Gladys Boomsma, Gloria Baatrup, and Grace Sperle; and many nieces and nephews.
