HURON — Russell Lee King, 52, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
Russell was born March 24, 1971, to parents Dave and Vicki King in Platte. He attended Platte High School.
He moved to Huron in 1991 and became an active member of the Huron community. Russell is survived by his parents and three sisters, Renee Johnson, Carla Pica and Carrie King and will be missed by the many people who worked with him over the years.
There will be a memorial service to remember Russell and share memories at 3 p.m., on Wednesday, April 3, at the former Knights of Columbus, 561 21st St SE in Huron.
