Deanna Helvik and Jenny Sorben spoke at Kiwanis about how Huron hockey began in this community in 1972 and how it has grown today.  Currently there are 143 Huron All Star players ages 3 to 18.

Fundraising events throughout the year include the Christmas wreaths, candle sales, and the concessions aka Feedbox sales. 

The Bergman Arena is used year-round. Future visions of the organization include improving the 1988 ice rink and adding another sheet of ice so Huron Hockey Association and the Bergman Arena can continue to be a place for generations of families to grow their love of community and hockey.
